Tell your story
Write or talk (tap the microphone). Messy is fine. You can come back and add more any time.
What Landing is and isn't: Landing is a free, private place to tell your story once and get connected to real help near you. It is not therapy, not a doctor, and not an emergency service.
You should not have to relive your pain every time you look for help. Here you can tell your story once, in your own words, whenever it hits, even at 3 AM. Then you can turn it into a short summary for a counselor you choose.
Your privacy: text you save stays in this browser, without encryption. Avoid sensitive details on a shared device. Voice recognition may send audio to your browser’s speech service. You decide what goes into the summary and who gets it.
This app is a bridge to real human help, not a replacement for therapy.

Fill in or edit each part. Your entries are shown above for reference. Nothing is shared until you approve and export it.
Based on your summary, look for a counselor with:
Questions to ask when you call: Do you have openings? Do you take my insurance? Do you offer video sessions? Do you work with the things on my list?
One tap. No explaining, no begging. These programs exist for you, and using them isn't taking from anyone.
Prototype: only Mercer County, PA is filled in. Other areas would be filled in from directories like 211 and SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov.
Healing often happens in a room with people who get it. Find a meeting near you, at your own pace. Everyone is welcome, whether you're still using, in recovery, or somewhere in between.
Example rows only, not real meetings. A future version would fill this list from the finders above, with times and places kept current by the Resource AI. Always check the official finder.
A trained, vetted peer volunteer could go with you to a first meeting or appointment, so you don't have to walk in alone. Small moderated peer groups by situation are also planned.
Naloxone (Narcan) can reverse an opioid overdose. See Pennsylvania naloxone information. If someone is overdosing, call 911.
A real person beside you, at your pace. Mentoring would be free, with no politics or labels.
Planned safety checks, not a live service: someone checks every mentor before they are matched: ID check, official background screening, references, training, and time in the program. Human reviewers make the decisions and re-check mentors.
Conversations stay in the app, supervised. No private contact information is shared, and no off-platform meetings or private messages. A report triggers human review.
People with records are welcome to mentor where their experience fits. Legal and safety restrictions still apply, especially for roles with children or vulnerable people. This prototype is for adults 18 and over.
A peer mentor for taking a first step toward a meeting.
A peer mentor with reentry experience.
This AI mentor preview uses simple offline rules, not a live AI. It is not a therapist or doctor. It cannot diagnose, monitor you, or contact help for you.
Your goal and steps stay in this browser without encryption. You can delete them with “Delete everything on this device” in Your story.
